Cancellation Policy

Guests with confirmed reservations may cancel their reservation (5) days prior to arrival without any penalty.  Reservations that are cancelled less than (5) days prior to arrival will be charged for the length of the stay, unless management can fill the room with another guest reservation.
Please note that The 5 Twelve is NOT responsible for cancellations, yet, we will do our best to occupy your room should you cancel your reservation (less than (5) days) prior to arrival.  The same policy applies to early departures.  Please make sure you call the Inn to cancel your reservation (662)234.8043, DO NOT send an email.  Please call for cancellation policy regarding home football weekends.
